These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in AI World Conference (the "Conference") organized by InfoGov World Media LLC ("Organizer"). By registering for and attending the Conference, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Registration and Attendance

1.1. Registration: To attend the Conference, you must register through the designated registration process provided by the Organizer. All registrations are subject to availability and approval by the Organizer.

1.2. Attendance: Your registration entitles you to attend the Conference during the specified dates and times. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee who violates these Terms or behaves in a manner deemed disruptive or inappropriate by the Organizer.

2. Payment

2.1. Fees: The registration fee for the Conference is as specified on the registration page or communicated by the Organizer. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed upon by the Organizer.

2.2. Refunds: Refunds for registration fees will be granted according to the refund policy specified by the Organizer. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Organizer before the deadline specified in the refund policy. Organizer will charge a processing fee of 5% if canceled 91+ days until the conference; 10% if 61-90 days before the conference, 25% if cancelled 31-60 days before the conference, and 40% if canceled 30 days or less before the conference (after August 18, 2024).

3. Program Changes

3.1. Schedule: The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Conference program, including but not limited to speakers, sessions, and timing, without prior notice.

3.2. Cancellation: In the event that the Conference is rescheduled, no refunds will be made; if the Conference is canceled by the Organizer for any reason, registered attendees will be entitled to a refund of their full registration fees, minus a 4% processing charge.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Content: All intellectual property rights in the content presented at the Conference, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, are owned by the respective presenters or their licensors. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any Conference content without prior written consent from the Organizer and the relevant rights holder.

5. Liability

5.1. Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your attendance at the Conference, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or financial loss.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Diego County.

6.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By registering for the Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
