Suzanne DiCicco is a Principal at AI Governance Advisors. There  was a time when Suzanne believed her job was simply to protect data. But that changed the moment she realized she wasn’t just managing  information—she was spotting risk that others overlooked.

With  a foundation in finance and deep expertise in information governance,  Suzanne built a career designing data lifecycle controls, writing  policy, and architecting enterprise frameworks. Over time, her curiosity  sharpened into foresight. She began asking harder questions—What’s  hiding in this process? What’s the downstream impact?—and discovered her  ability to detect emerging risks before they became headlines.

That insight became her signature value.

Today,  Suzanne partners with organizations to build proactive risk management  programs rooted in ethical AI governance, cross-functional  collaboration, and strategic foresight. She has led enterprise  initiatives across healthcare, finance, and technology, translating  regulatory complexity into actionable strategies that align governance  with innovation.

A former Director  of Information Governance and Risk, Suzanne has worked alongside Legal,  Data, Privacy, Engineering, and AI teams to embed responsible AI  frameworks, advise on evolving regulatory standards like NIST AI RMF and  the EU AI Act, and cultivate a risk-aware culture at scale.

What  makes her different? Suzanne brings Big Four-level acumen without the  bureaucracy—combining strategic clarity with practical, human-centered  execution. She’s driven by impact, not ego—and thrives in the rooms  where bold decisions are made.

All roads led to the launch of AI Governance Advisors—an  advisory firm built to help bold organizations lead with intention,  harness risk as a catalyst for innovation, and stay ahead of what’s next  in an AI-driven world.
